Who is Dr. Michael L. Hall?
As a psychologist, L. Michael Hall has got Ph.D in cognitive psychology and has worked for twenty-years as a therapist in private practice facilitating therapeutic problem-solving skills in people facing everyday psychological problems of depression, anger, work stress, relationships, etc. Self-Actualization psychology he proposes contains a next step of Maslow's "Hierarchy of Needs" and Csikszentmihalyi's "Flow Experience" Ms Mandy Chai (Founder of Neuro-semantics, Hong Kong)
Key Experience Ms. CHAI is a Training Specialist and she is an expert in soft skills – personal potential development and NLP trainings. She is also an expert in designing and organizing customized training specially catered for clients. She is a transformational trainer and coach who has delivered leading edge NLP based Management Development and Organizational Transformation programmes for many years. She has worked with a wide variety of organizations across sectors and is noted for producing results. She has extensive experience in customer care programmes, selling relationship management and communication skills. She thrives on enabling excellence in individuals and organizations through applying the latest and most profound approaches. She enjoys working with organizations that want to implement change effectively, particularly when it involves the productivity and potential of managers and employees. She seeks to ensure the intellectual and emotional engagement of staff at all levels so as to "turn vision into reality". Her courses are highly interactive and fun. Key Experience Wilkie Choi served the Hong Kong & China Gas Co. for 21 years. He was responsible mainly in the areas of supervising, retailing and sales. He had awarded the prize of "the Best of Sales" for the company in the exhibitions. He was being the first member of the sales team to be invited from the Japanese manufacturers to participate in the newly production of small clothes drier. In the later period in the company, he was responsible to train up the sales personnel for achieving the effective services. Wilkie was also delegated to promote and conduct some large scale exhibition activities. Wilkie is the recognized Trainer of NLP, the coach of Corporate Coach U with the qualification of BBA. He described that NLP rewrites his life and made him a breakthrough. He believes that NLP which extend the boundaries of his knowledge and is useful to apply to one individual. He feels that the lifelong education can enrich his life. At present, Wilkie takes several studies including the authentication on psychological consultant, Master in Managerial Leadership; and Master in Counselling. These will expect to be graduated in 2009. He aimed at getting the depth knowledge of NLP from his learning. He is enthusiastic in the community affairs and organizes some free workshops with various charity groups in teaching NLP. Meanwhile, Wilkie is being the designated person in the China and Hong Kong Institute of Neuro-Semantics in organizing the affairs in both mainland China and Hong Kong (Dr. Michael Hall is the founder of Neuro-Semantics and The China and Hong Kong Institute of Neuro-Semantics).
